Today’s guest blogger was my very first bride. Yup, you read that correctly, the reason I asked my bride to be my guest blogger is not only to share her story and where she is right now, but also to let people know about the winery where she got married which also happens to be where she works. First of all, I am flattered to be a guest blogger for Thomas Frank Photography. Definitely keep your eye out for this stylish and fresh photographer; he definitely has an eye for it!
My name is Jarmila Grable, and I was lucky to have Thomas capture my wedding in May 2009. I often flip through my wedding album and feel as if that beautiful day just happened yesterday. My husband, Justin, and I live in Temecula, CA where we are spoiled with the ever-expanding Wine Country. Having worked at Stuart Cellars Winery for over 2 years, we were definitely set on having a wedding in the vineyards. (It has quickly become quite the hot spot for weddings, receptions, and bachelorette parties.) Let’s face it, add wine to any celebration and one is guaranteed to have a good time.
Since then, I became a first time mom and have an adorable son named Alexander. Everyday is a challenge as well as a reward and I realize what a miracle life is. Although I have taken leave from the winery during these first few crucial months, I hope to return a couple days a week and pick up where I left off at Stuart Cellars. If you are ever in the area, please stop in and I will pour you my favorite red…Stuart Cellar’s Sangiovese.
I’m afraid that’s all the blog time I have, nap time is almost over and mom duty calls.
