So last night turned out way better than I thought…As I drove down to Hollywood I thought to myself, ok let’s make it fast take some pictures then bounce. But when I got there that all change, just to be back to the Palladium was worth staying. The memories there just brought a smile to my face. Like the time I was in a mosh pit at Rage Against the Machine when I smoked some big dude (pretty much laid him out) and for the rest of the concert he was trying to chase me down. Back in my twenties that was fun, today not so much.
As for the concert, I was pretty impressed with The Prodigy. They brought some high energy and some serious bass I mean some serious bass, I was standing in front of one of the speakers and I was literally blown away, it was actually kind of cool. I was stoked because they played the only 2 songs I know from them, “Smack my Bitch up” and “Firestarter” one of which I was upfront taking pictures. Oh btw, I loved taking pictures there, there was so much room in front even though there were about 20 photographer last night. I can’t wait till Live OC posts my pics, there are some pretty cool shots. Ok off to bed, got to wake up at 4:45am to get on the road to Auburn to race in a Triathlon on Sunday. Details to follow.
